Family Online Workshop: Caribou Drawing (Moodle)

SKU: course-70 Category:

As we approach the first day of winter, the animal kingdom prepares by thickening their luxurious coats, revealing beautiful textures – a remarkable feat for artists to capture.

We welcome this challenge using the foundational tool of an artist – the mighty pencil.

We invite you and your family to come to draw the distinguished caribou with techniques like world-renowned realist artist Robert Bateman.

We hope this creative project sparks new skills for you and your little ones. Your family will have a fun holiday activity and a personal masterpiece for grandma and grandpa.

Val Lawton, acclaimed illustrator and artist, will guide your family in this fun holiday project.

At the end of the program students have the opportunity to submit their art to be put up in the NatureSketch Gallery.

The instructor will email students the final details a few days before the beginning of the class.

All online classes can be watched later if you cannot make the times listed! Instructors are also available by email for individual critiques or questions outside of class time.
